We’re excited to welcome our pupils back to school tomorrow for the ‘BIG WALK & WHEEL’!
Whether you’re walking, scooting, cycling or rolling into school, you’ll be counted as part of our Active Travel team at St. Eugene’s PS. With daily raffles and competitions until April 1st, we encourage everyone to take part in the fun!
Just like last year, all bikes and scooters can be parked safely to the rear of our senior site. Cycling helmets are available on loan from school, so please let your teacher know if you need one. We encourage everyone to travel as safely as possible: see our safe crossing map for details.
If you live further away, your child can still take part with ‘Park & Stride’ - park the car a bit further from school and travel actively from there. Pupils are also welcome to join our school walking bus that runs every morning from 8.30am.
Looking forward to a great Big Walk & Wheel 2026 - 1300 journeys to beat!!
