Our Green Team lead the way with all the eco-activities at St. Eugene’s PS! 

We meet regularly to plan and promote our activities and share our ideas through school assemblies, competitions and on our website.

Eco-Activities at St. Eugene's PS include events for Fairtrade Fortnight, European Day of Languages, our Walking Bus and Daily Mile, Recycle Week, Cycle to School Week, the Big Walk and Wheel and other initiatives throughout the year.

We are proud to be current holders of the Eco-Schools Green Flag award and we have recently achieved the Sustrans Gold Active Travel Award.  These activities involved the whole school community, as well as pupils from local post-primary schools, and support from local environmental charities.

We’re looking forward to another great year of eco-activities in 2025/26 at St. Eugene's PS.
