On Tuesday 17th February, P6 visited Shantallow Community centre as part of The Yes Project. They recieved talks from Foyle search and rescue, Dog wardens, The Fire service and community wardens. They tried out some mindfulness and discovered more about recycling, combating bullying, safety at home and at the beach. They gained more knowledge about respecting other people's religions and cultures. It was a very enjoyable afternoon out. The double decker bus on the way back to school was a bit hit too!
