To celebrate World Mental Health Day, our Primary One children took part in a range of calming and thoughtful activities. They enjoyed guided meditation and yoga sessions, helping them to relax and be calm. Through stories and discussions, they explored different emotions and learned how to recognise and express how they feel. It was a lovely opportunity to support their emotional wellbeing in a fun and engaging way.
